Through this opportunity, you can assume the role of **Technical Lead Java** for one of the most important clients in the **textile sector**. **What will be your mission?** You will provide technical leadership to the Backend development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and code quality. You will actively participate in development, maintaining a hands-on role in programming and code reviews. You will participate in overseeing an architecture based on microservices and hexagonal design. You will collaborate in requirements gathering and defining technical solutions aligned with business needs. You will supervise continuous integration and cloud environment deployments. You will foster a collaborative, learning-oriented, and continuously improving environment, driving technical excellence within the team. **To be a match...** Proven experience developing in Java (latest versions), Spring, and Spring Boot. Experience in a Technical Lead role. Experience working with hexagonal architecture and microservices. Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, and Azure Arc. Experience or knowledge of Azure Cosmos DB, DB2, and Redis is desirable. Testing: JUnit, Mockito, TestContainers. Experience with monitoring tools (Kibana, Grafana).
