You will be responsible for **producing high-quality, secure, and efficient code**, collaborating closely within a **senior Scrum team**, and contributing to continuous improvement of the product, team performance, and productivity. As a Lead Developer, your main responsibilities will include: * Designing, developing, and maintaining software features in line with quality, security, and performance standards. * Actively participating in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives). * Analyzing functional and technical requirements and proposing robust, scalable solutions. * Writing clean, readable, tested, and properly documented code. * Contributing to code reviews and unit, integration, and API testing, sharing best practices. * Collaborating with Product, QA, and Infrastructure teams to ensure feature delivery. * Identifying and resolving production incidents. * Proposing and implementing technical improvements focused on optimizing performance, infrastructure, and team productivity. * Acting as a technical reference and mentor within the team. * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent qualification. * Minimum 5 years of software development experience, including initial technical leadership experience (tech lead, technical reference, or mentor). * Solid experience with JavaScript (ideally Vue.JS / TypeScript), C\# (.NET Core / Framework), and Microsoft SQL Server. * Experience working in SaaS environments or software projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies, and regular use of GitHub and CI/CD pipelines, including AI-powered coding assistants. * Ability to collaborate effectively and work well in a team. * Clear and constructive communication skills, initiative, commitment to continuous improvement, and capacity for technical mentoring. * B2 level English proficiency, with ability to operate in an international environment.
