Job Summary: We are seeking a Facility Specialist to plan, coordinate, and supervise building and facility maintenance, manage suppliers, and ensure regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. 2. Management of legal technical documentation and regulatory compliance. 3. Liaison with and evaluation of service quality provided by suppliers. At **Grupo Planeta**, we are looking for a **Facility Specialist** for our Madrid offices. Your mission will be to plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive, corrective, and legal maintenance of buildings and facilities across Casa del Libro stores and Group training centers, as well as manage suppliers, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide operational support for incidents and interventions. What will your day-to-day responsibilities include? * **Operational Management**: + Monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, fire protection (PCI), elevators, cleaning, etc. + Coordination of interventions with suppliers. + Tracking of incidents and timely resolution. * **Documentation and Regulatory Management**: + Control of legal technical documentation (RITE, REBT, OCA inspections, etc.). + Uploading of documentation and tracking of compliance. * **Financial Management**: + Requesting, analyzing, and validating budgets. + Cost control and monitoring of purchase orders. * **Supplier Relationship Management**: + Liaison with maintenance providers, cleaning companies, security firms, and renovation contractors. + Evaluation and monitoring of service quality. What would we like to see in your CV? * Technical education (vocational training or engineering degree). * Experience in building and facility maintenance. * Proficiency in GMAO platforms such as Planon and office productivity tools. * Ability to manage incidents, budgets, and suppliers. * Geographic mobility. * Experience managing multiple buildings (stores and training centers). * Hands-on technical experience (HVAC, low-voltage systems, fire protection systems, etc.).
