We are currently looking for a **Senior Dynamics 365 Customer Service \& Unified Service Desk (USD) Developer** to join an international project team. **What You'll Do** ------------------ * Develop and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service. * Build and maintain Unified Service Desk (USD) components, including Hosted Controls, Actions, Events, and Agent Scripting. * Develop custom hosted controls using C\#/.NET (WPF) and JavaScript. * Integrate CTI and telephony solutions within USD. * Work with USD APIs and SDK to extend platform capabilities. * Collaborate with technical teams to deliver seamless end\-to\-end solutions. Required * Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service. * Hands\-on experience with Unified Service Desk (USD). * Experience with USD Hosted Controls, Actions, Events, and Agent Scripting. * Knowledge of CTI adapters and telephony integrations. * Strong C\#/.NET (WPF) development skills. * JavaScript experience within Dynamics environments.
