Your main tasks will be assembling assemblies and subassemblies strictly following technical specifications and manufacturing manuals. You will need to review production routings and work instructions to ensure each step is performed with precision. You must also detect any potential defects and apply the foreign object control protocol, as well as complete traceability documentation in manufacturing files and quality records.
It is essential to maintain order and cleanliness in your area by applying the 5S methodology and to contribute improvement ideas for processes. The work takes place in a highly demanding technical environment where precision and compliance with safety regulations are critical. You must have strong attention to detail and the ability to read assembly technical drawings. You will collaborate with your team and supervision to achieve efficiency and quality, always adhering to the company's quality, safety, health, and environmental rules.
Prior verifiable experience in assembly tasks within an aerospace workshop is required. An official certification in Aerospace Structures Assembly or equivalent technical training is mandatory. The candidate must possess solid capability in reading and interpreting complex assembly and subassembly drawings. Practical knowledge of QSSE requirements and full commitment to safety and environmental protection standards are required. Manual dexterity, work precision, and the ability to operate under technical supervision in high-demand, high-production-rate environments are valued.
