We are looking to bring on board a Software Developer with experience in C\#/.NET to participate in the maintenance, evolution, and continuous improvement of technical software tools. We seek a professional with some relevant experience, oriented toward software quality, capable of working on existing applications, analyzing incidents, fixing bugs, developing new features, and collaborating on testing activities. **What will be your responsibilities?** You will participate in software application development, maintenance, and improvement tasks, contributing both to the functional evolution of tools and to their stability, quality, and maintainability. **Main Responsibilities** * Development and maintenance of functionalities in C\#/.NET. * Analysis, diagnosis, and correction of software incidents. * Execution, review, and improvement of software tests. * Collaboration in verification, validation, and quality assurance activities. * Review of existing code and proposal of technical improvements. * Support in improving application architecture, maintainability, and performance. * Basic technical documentation of changes, incidents, and tests performed. * Collaboration with multidisciplinary technical teams. We are seeking an advanced junior or mid-level profile, with sufficient experience to work autonomously on existing applications, investigate issues, propose solutions, and participate in development and testing tasks. We especially value a mindset focused on quality, product stability, and continuous improvement. We are not only looking for someone who can program, but rather someone who engages deeply with the software, identifies problems, resolves them, and contributes to making tools more robust and maintainable. **Requirements:** --------------- **Main Requirements** * Professional experience developing with C\# and .NET. * Knowledge or experience in software testing. * Ability to work with existing code. * Experience in analyzing and resolving bugs. * Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git. * Capacity for learning, progressive autonomy, and quality orientation. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * English language proficiency (B2 or higher, essential for client communication) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with user interfaces in WPF or Avalonia. * Experience in evolutionary and corrective maintenance of existing applications. * Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, or test automation. * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Experience with technical software tools or engineering environments. * Ability to clearly and structurally document technical changes.
