Develop and monitor regulatory compliance in FPD, ASM, and AIS domains ### **Description** We are seeking an aeronautical professional to join a technical team specialized in supervision, certification, and regulatory inspection within air navigation services. The selected candidate will participate in activities related to flight procedure design (FPD), airspace management (ASM), and aeronautical information (AIS), collaborating on national and international projects. **Main Responsibilities:** **FPD Supervision:** * Support initial and renewal certification of Flight Procedure Design Service Providers. * Participate in regulatory control inspections for ongoing supervision of FPD providers. * Collaborate on supervision activities related to airspace design (ASD/FPD) and airspace management (ASM). * Support regulatory development and monitoring within the FPD domain. * Participate in national and international working groups. **ASM Supervision:** * Support initial/renewal certification of Level 3 Airspace Management Service Providers (ASM N3). * Support regulatory control inspections for ongoing supervision of ASM N3 and ASM-FUA providers. * Analyze requests for suspension of operational limitations for ULMs/Free Flight. * Analyze requests for establishment of RMZs/TMZs/FPMZs. * Analyze complaints regarding flight path deviations. * Support regulatory development and monitoring within the ASM domain. * Participate in national and international working groups. **AIS Supervision:** * Support initial/renewal certification of Aeronautical Information Services (AIS) providers. * Support regulatory control inspections and ongoing supervision of AIS and AIP providers. * Support regulatory development and monitoring within the AIS domain. * Participate in national and international working groups. ### **Minimum Requirements** **Professional Experience:** **Qualifications:** * Aeronautical Engineering * Technical Aeronautical Engineering * Accredited Master’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering * Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering **Experience and Languages:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as an engineer performing aeronautical-related tasks. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience in monitoring, supervision, or regulatory inspections in ASD/ASM/AIS. * Experience in air navigation activities within the ANS/ATM context, applying aeronautical regulations (EU Regulation 373/2017, EU Regulation 2012/923, Royal Decree 57/2002, etc.). * Certificate from the Conventional Flight Procedure Design Course (UPM or equivalent). * Certificate from the PBN Flight Procedure Design Course (UPM or equivalent). **What We Offer:** * Indefinite-term contract * Work model: Hybrid (more on-site than remote) * Location: Central Madrid * Working hours: Flexible **Who We Are:** Izertis, with over 29 years of experience, listed on the Spanish Continuous Market (BME), and ranked among the top 1,000 fastest-growing companies across European countries, offers you the opportunity to develop your professional career alongside more than 2,300 professionals employed across offices in Europe, the Americas, and Africa, and with a presence in over 50 countries where we deliver services and projects through an extensive portfolio of solutions.
