We are seeking a proactive, organized, and passionate individual in digital marketing and communication to join our team as a **Digital Marketing \& Communication Trainee**, actively contributing to talent acquisition and various company initiatives. If you are motivated by the digital environment, employer branding, and excel at communication, this opportunity is for you. #### **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** You will assume a cross-functional role supporting departments to attract and connect with potential talent and grow our community of young professionals: **Content dissemination:** creation of engaging content for our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) and blog, including videos, creative assets, and impactful copy. **Development of communication campaigns and email marketing** **Talent profiling:** identifying potential candidates for various positions posted on our platform jobinplanet.com **Job posting** on jobinplanet.com and other recruitment platforms. **Coordination** and **participation in employment events:** collaboration at career fairs such as JOBarcelona, JOBMadrid, and other external employer branding events. #### **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** 25-hour weekly schedule. In-person work Monday to Thursday (9:00–14:00\) at our Barcelona offices (Galvany area). Remote work on Fridays (9:00–14:00\). Excellent learning and professional development environment. Internship allowance/remuneration: €500/month (university internship agreement) REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Communication, Advertising, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields. * Eligibility to sign a university internship agreement (25 hours per week) / minimum duration of 6 months * Experience in social media management and video editing * Intermediate level of Excel * Advanced English/Catalan is a plus * Residence in Barcelona. * Immediate availability.
