Supplier and Budget Management **Job Description:** **Industrial Maintenance Engineer (Machinery and Tooling)** ================================================================== **Profile Summary** ---------------------- The Maintenance Engineer coordinates maintenance tasks in alignment with the annual budget, established plans, and unplanned requirements. This role is responsible for the global maintenance of industrial assets under their responsibility, including machinery, tooling, tools, hybrid industrial equipment, and auxiliary systems. The primary objective is to ensure technical availability, performance, and plant quality by meeting defined KPIs with internal customers. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * **Asset and Maintenance Management:** + Establish, optimize, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans. + Ensure maintainability of new assets by contributing technical expertise during acquisition projects. + Manage the lifecycle of physical assets (machinery, tooling, automated systems) by balancing risk, performance, and cost. * **KPI Monitoring and Continuous Improvement:** + Monitor and secure KPIs for technical availability, MTBF, and MTTR. + Lead analysis of complex and recurring failures using PPS methodology to prevent recurrence. + Manage continuous improvement, sustainability, and digital transformation projects (Industry 4\.0, predictive maintenance). * **Supplier and Budget Management:** + Administer service providers, define technical specifications, and evaluate offers. + Control and optimize the annual maintenance budget and critical spare parts management. + Act as the interface between suppliers and internal customers on safety, quality, and environmental matters. **Specific Tooling (Utillaje) Functions** ----------------------------------------------- * **Design and Manufacturing:** + Design and development of tooling for component manufacturing. + Follow-up on commissioning and verification of mechanical assemblies. + Application of knowledge in composite material production processes and welding or machining techniques. * **Metrology and Regulatory Compliance:** + Perform dimensional inspections using Scanner, Laser Tracker, and PolyWorks software. + Ensure compliance with applicable legal technical regulations and specific tooling standards (E2E, DU, TVP). + Interpret engineering drawings and manage geometric tolerances and fits. **Requirements and Technical Skills** ------------------------------------- * Experience: Minimum 2 years in tooling design and manufacturing. * Software: + Catia V5 (tooling design). + SAP PM (advanced level). + CMMS (key user). + Document Management (MDM and Vault). * Languages: English. * Standards: Knowledge of EN 15628:2014\-10 standard on maintenance personnel qualification. **Key Deliverables** ---------------------------------------- * Optimized maintenance plan. * Asset maintainability analysis. * Definition of industrial spare parts requirements. * Standardization of repairs based on repetitive failure analysis. **Profile Summary** The Maintenance Engineer coordinates maintenance tasks in alignment with the annual budget, established plans, and unplanned requirements. Asset Management \& Maintenance** * Establish, optimize, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans. * Manage the life cycle of physical assets (machinery, tooling, automated systems) by balancing risk, performance, and cost. * Ensure the maintainability of new assets by providing technical expertise during acquisition projects. **2\. KPI Control \& Continuous Improvement** * Monitor and secure technical availability, MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair). * Lead the analysis of complex and common failures using PPS methodology to prevent recurrence. * Manage digital transformation projects (Industry 4\.0 and predictive maintenance) and sustainability initiatives. **3\. Supplier \& Budget Management** * Administer service providers, define technical specifications, and evaluate bids. * Control and optimize the annual maintenance budget and critical spare parts management. * Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal customers regarding safety, quality, and environmental issues. **4\.
