If you want to **develop** the **mechanical maintenance area** with **autonomy** and significant **resources** and tools **at your disposal** to contribute through your management to our purpose: generating as much clean and sustainable electricity as possible by harnessing renewable energy sources to create value within a sustainable development model, then you will like this position! **WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION** Our Mechanical Maintenance Managers are responsible for managing predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance, ensuring optimal operational condition and preservation of the plant's mechanical equipment and installations to achieve maximum availability, all while guaranteeing the highest standards of safety for people and the environment. * You will **plan scheduled maintenance** and **manage work orders and reports** using the maximum maintenance management software. * You will provide support during corrective interventions and lead daily operations in coordination with other departments. * You will **technically analyze failures** and propose improvements. You will be responsible for updating response protocols and work procedures. * You will plan, execute, and monitor **continuous improvement** projects. * You will **lead** and motivate your **team**. * You will prepare the annual maintenance **budget**. * You will carry out departmental activities according to the facility's safety, prevention, and environmental management systems. The work team This position oversees a team of four mechanics and manages periodic and permanent maintenance subcontractors (12 people). It reports directly to the Director of the solar thermal plant. The position is located at the La Dehesa Solar Thermal Plant (near Mérida, Badajoz). **WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED AS A MAINTENANCE MANAGER** * Engineering education, preferably mechanical or industrial engineering. * Demonstrable **experience** of at least **five years** as a maintenance supervisor in an industrial sector company.
