Lobón (Badajoz) **Key responsibilities of the role:** Administrative and Document Management * Supervise the preparation, control, and archiving of contractual documentation (contracts, annexes, bonds, guarantees). * Prepare and submit periodic reports for the UTE management and partner companies. * Monitor compliance with internal procedures and legal regulations. Financial and Accounting Management * Control invoicing, payments, and collections related to the project. * Prepare budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost tracking. * Coordinate tax settlements and fiscal obligations of the UTE with support from an external accounting service. Coordination with Member Companies * Act as liaison between partner companies for administrative decision-making. * Consolidate financial and administrative information for global reporting. * Ensure compliance with internal agreements on cost and profit sharing. Human Resources and Subcontractor Management * Control labor documentation required by the client (Social Security, Occupational Health and Safety). * Supervise administrative contracting of subcontractors and suppliers. Client and External Agencies Relations * Handle client's administrative requests (reports, certifications, audits). * Manage permits, licenses, and procedures with public authorities. * Prepare documentation requested by companies in relation to internal and external audits. Regulatory Compliance Management * Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and legal regulations. Job Requirements.
