Job Summary: We are seeking an AI Innovation Engineer to drive AI adoption, train teams, and collaborate on creating disruptive solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Be part of an international team working on strategic and disruptive projects. Prosegur CASH is looking for **an AI Innovation Engineer** to increase the value we derive from Artificial Intelligence. The position is based in Madrid and follows a hybrid work model. **What will be your mission?** Your mission will be to drive AI adoption by training and supporting teams in its effective and responsible use. You will promote new capabilities, best practices, and use cases, acting as a bridge between business and technology. You will collaborate with users on agile innovation and serve as a reference for the junior team on solutions and implementation. **What responsibilities will you have?* * Design and deliver hands-on training on AI usage. Propose learning paths tailored to user profiles and measure effectiveness (adoption rate, satisfaction, productivity improvements). * Create and maintain a catalog of reusable use cases and examples (prompts, templates, demos, patterns). * Foster an internal community to scale AI adoption and share learnings. * Collaborate with users and stakeholders to identify needs, define problems, and prioritize AI opportunities. * Facilitate discovery activities (interviews, design thinking, process mapping, hypothesis definition) and translate them into actionable initiatives. Design and develop functional AI prototypes (PoCs/MVPs). * Support productionization alongside engineering/IT teams (architecture, security, data, MLOps/LLMOps, operations). * Align all initiatives with the Responsible AI Committee’s guidelines (risks, compliance, privacy, security, ethics). \#LI\-DNI **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience training end-user teams on how AI can benefit their daily work. * Minimum 3 years’ experience developing AI/ML and/or GenAI prototypes on Azure and within the Microsoft ecosystem, including M365 agents, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft AI Foundry. * Experience with Azure and Python. * Solid knowledge of architecture (microservices or modular), integration, authentication/authorization, and API design. * Experience with Google Cloud (Vertex AI) or hybrid/multi\-cloud projects is a plus. * Experience with RAG and data governance knowledge is a plus. **What do we offer?** * Join an international team (present in 36 countries). * Work in a dynamic environment with an excellent workplace culture. * Participate in strategic and disruptive projects. * Grow professionally through a personalized career development plan. * Access top-tier training via Prosegur’s Corporate University. * Enjoy flexible working hours and attractive social benefits through Reflex. * Participate in our Global Well-being Program. * Collaborate with our Foundation to build a fairer society. **Our Purpose and Our Values** “Caring for people and businesses to make the world a safer place, while remaining at the forefront of innovation” has motivated us for over 50 years.
