What will you be responsible for? Placement and organization of materials. Menu control: portioning, mise en place, cleaning of various kitchen equipment and work areas. Verification and recording of necessary points for the next service. Preparation of dishes. Waste separation and recycling, where applicable. Compliance with environmental policy. ### **Requirements** 1\-2 years’ experience in hotels of similar category or high-end restaurants. Hospitality-related education is desirable.
