In 2025, Eurofins generated total revenues of EUR € 7,29 billion, and has been among the best performing stocks in Europe over the past 20 years. **Job Description** The primary mission of the **Research Associate** will be to collaborate on a research project as part of a team of five chemists, synthesizing novel organic molecule collections at the purity, quantity, and structural determination required by our clients. Responsibilities (100% laboratory work): * Conducting organic synthesis reactions at laboratory scale. * Purifying compounds using various techniques. * Analysis, identification, and coding. * Accurately documenting experiments performed in the laboratory in an electronic lab notebook. * Operating scientific instrumentation: Flash Chromatography (MPLC), Rotavapor, UV, High Vacuum, H\-Cube, Microwave, Flow\-Chemistry, Electrochemistry, Automated Synthesizers, etc. * Using liquid chromatography equipment (HPLC), thin-layer chromatography assays... * Cleaning and maintaining equipment, as well as the laboratory workspace. * Maintaining fluent communication with the team and laboratory supervisor. **Requirements** To perform these responsibilities, **prior experience in an organic chemistry laboratory is required**, along with proficiency in: * Basic laboratory operations. * Organic nomenclature. * Basic organic formulation. * Recognition of functional groups. * Laboratory-specific equipment. **Additional Information** This position includes: * Immediate incorporation into a multinational group. * Easy integration into a young research team. * Work environment with a strong safety culture. * Camaraderie and an excellent working atmosphere. * On-the-job training and continuous development.
