Position Summary: We are seeking an Assistential Physician to provide urgent medical care, clinical follow-up, and functional capacity assessment for workers in Lorca. Key Highlights: 1. Weekly work schedule from Monday to Friday, morning shifts. 2. Indefinite-term contract. 3. Active participation in healthcare quality and clinical safety standards. DESCRIPTION We are seeking to fill an indefinite vacancy for an Assistential Physician (CC) at our Ibermutua center in Lorca. WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY BE LIKE? YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide urgent assistential care (anamnesis, physical examination, diagnosis, therapeutic plan) to workers attending the center or corresponding service, as well as assess functional capacity for occupational activity in accordance with established procedures and protocols. * Conduct periodic clinical controls and follow-ups for workers requiring successive scheduled consultations until functional recovery. * Evaluate and process patient transfer requests received from external medical centers (outside the Mutual) for authorization purposes. * Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and custody of assigned clinical equipment, materials, supplies, and facilities. * Actively participate in all healthcare quality and patient safety standards, as well as in appropriate management of waste generated during professional activities. * Assess and monitor common contingencies sick leave processes within your area of responsibility, aligned with Medical Directorate objectives. * Identify and report potential risks. * Implement actions assigned to you under strategic programs launched by the Entity at any given time. * Prepare necessary medical reports to support health management (e.g., discharge proposals, permanent disability assessments, etc.). * Inform and promote among contacted patients awareness of and use of Ibermutua Digital Personas as a bidirectional interaction tool between the Mutual and the patient. * Request complementary diagnostic tests or specialist interconsultations where deemed appropriate to expedite patient recovery. WORK SCHEDULE AND HOURS: Weekly work schedule from Monday to Friday, morning shifts from 08:00 to 15:15. REQUIREMENTS * University Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and Surgery. * Residence in Lorca or surrounding areas. Preferred Qualifications: * Medical specialization. * Training in healthcare management, Patient Safety, and/or Bodily Injury Assessment. * Proficiency with computer tools (Office user level). * Possession of a disability certificate (equal to or greater than 33%) will be considered favorably.
