**Positions Available** ---------------------- 3 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP specializing in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 3 Emergency Agents \- Andalusian Emergency Group \- GREA (Benahavís) in Málaga. **Workplace** -------------------- * Málaga Address: Benahavís (Málaga) Monte Halcones Urbanization Calle Halcón Maltés s/n 29\.679 \- Benahavís (Málaga) **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Carry out assigned tasks under the supervision of shift supervisors or agent coordinators, inherent to the position, applying appropriate safety and quality standards. * Perform assigned tasks related to office work, fieldwork, emergencies, events, training, and scheduled practical exercises. * Maintain minimum thresholds defined in mandatory training activities. * Perform assigned tasks related to maintenance, conservation, and cleaning of equipment, materials, facilities, and vehicles, complying with requirements specified in the quality management system. * When acting as intervention agents, they will be integrated into the specialized units assigned to them. * Perform all functions inherent to their unit and role as recommended by their superiors. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the stated requirements and/or merits must be substantiated either through assessment tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any stage of the process documentary evidence supporting the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional details from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify compliance with the stated requirements and/or merits. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Spanish Baccalaureate degree or Higher Vocational Training Certificate (Specialist Technician, FP II) (qualification officially recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Type B driving license. * Availability for travel and on-site presence. * Physical tests: Candidates must pass the physical tests required for this position, detailed under “Physical Aptitude Assessment Tests for Access”. **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Documented training exceeding 100 hours in computer systems, electronics, or telecommunications. (Such training must be documented upon application submission.) * STS\-ES\-01\-02 drone pilot license or Class C (or higher) truck driving license (to be attached). * Documented training or proven prior experience in Geographic Information Systems (advanced level). (Attach certificate and/or employment record along with CV.) * Documented training in Civil Protection and Emergency Management (minimum 100 hours). (Such training must be documented upon application submission.) ### **Prior Experience** * 6 months to 1 year of experience in installing computer, audiovisual, or telecommunications networks. * 1 to 2 years of experience performing duties as a civil protection volunteer or emergency services personnel. ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Demonstrable prior experience or certification from an accredited training company in working at heights. (To be verified via certificate or employment record and CV.) **Other Conditions** --------------------- * Upon completion of the selection stages, non-eliminated candidates must pass the physical access tests for the GREA Support Group, consisting of: + Aquatic environment adaptation: 25 m \+ ring retrieval from pool bottom \+ 25 m (freestyle swimming) + Strength: Pull-ups or chin-ups on fixed bar or static flexion hold on bar. + Agility: Cone weaving run. Barrow Test. + Endurance assessment: Cooper Test (12 minutes). Test descriptions and corresponding scoring criteria per performance are detailed in the annex “GREA Access Tests” under the support group section. **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 6 months, extendable up to a maximum total of 9 months if applicable. + Full-time working schedule. Application submission period is open from today, 06/07/2026, until 13/07/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time). \*PHYSICAL APTITUDE ASSESSMENT TESTS FOR ACCESS\* Below are described the physical tests to be performed by applicants for the GREA, aimed at evaluating physical aptitudes required for service entry. Applicants must complete the following physical tests to pass the selection process: Applicants for the profiles titled “Emergency Agent”, “Shift Supervisor”, and “Agent Coordinator” must complete the following physical tests. The execution order will follow the sequence described herein, although it may be modified due to organizational reasons or facility availability. AQUATIC ENVIRONMENT ADAPTATION 1\. OBJECTIVE: Assess the applicant’s overall aquatic environment competence. 2\. PROCEDURE: Starting from the platform, ready to dive and perform the test, the evaluator will count: “One, two…” “Go!”, and upon this signal, the applicant shall jump into the water and swim 50 m in a round-trip course, as specified in the rules. At the midpoint of the course, the applicant must submerge and retrieve a ring from the pool floor, then place it on the pool edge. 3\. RULES: + Start must be executed from the platform upon the evaluator’s command. + The 50 m course must be swum freestyle. + The ring may only be retrieved after completing the outbound leg. + The ring must be placed on the pool edge. + Once the ring is placed on the pool edge, the applicant may push off with feet and hands to complete the return leg. + The test ends when the applicant touches the pool wall upon arrival. + At no point during execution is holding onto the lane rope, overflow gutter, or any other structure permitted. + Time taken to complete the test will be measured in seconds and tenths of a second. + Two attempts are allowed; the better time will be recorded. + Given the nature of this test, only after its completion will the evaluator determine whether the applicant has completed the course according to the specifications herein. + Null Attempt: Any attempt violating any of the above rules will be deemed null. BARROW TEST: 1\. OBJECTIVE: Assess the applicant’s agility in movement. 2\. PROCEDURE: Starting position: Standing beside the pole and behind the starting line. Execution: Complete the figure-eight circuit—delimited by five poles, four marking the vertices of an 8.66 × 5 meter rectangle and the fifth at the center—as quickly as possible, twice. First complete loop A, then loop B, as illustrated in the diagram. 3\. RULES: + An attempt is nullified if the applicant knocks over any pole. + An attempt is nullified if the applicant holds onto any pole to prevent it from falling. + An attempt is nullified if the applicant deviates from the prescribed path—i.e., crosses beyond or leaves the ideal running line—even if returning to the correct path. + Two attempts will be performed. + The interval between the first and second attempt must not exceed 5\-10 seconds. + Timing ends when the applicant crosses the starting line again. + Total execution time equals the sum of times for both loops (A\+B). PULL-UPS OR CHIN-UPS ON FIXED BAR: 1\. OBJECTIVE: Assess upper-body relative strength of male applicants. 2\. PROCEDURE: Starting from a hanging position on the bar, palms facing forward, arms fully extended. From this initial position, perform repetitions such that the chin rises above the top edge of the bar, followed by full elbow extension when lowering. 3\. RULES: + Chin must rise above the top edge of the bar. + Elbows must be fully extended when lowering. + Swinging is prohibited. + Leg movements used for momentum are prohibited. + Only one attempt is permitted. STATIC FLEXION HOLD ON BAR: 1\. OBJECTIVE: Assess isometric strength of female applicants. 2\. PROCEDURE: Phase I. The applicant hangs from the fixed bar. Grip may be with palms facing forward or backward, shoulder-width apart. Body must be fully extended. Phase II. The applicant lifts the body using arm flexion until the chin and chest surpass the bar height without touching it. If deemed necessary, assistance from a partner or bench may be used to reach the required position. From the initial flexed position, the applicant maintains the position
