Job Summary: We are seeking a construction tradesperson to interpret drawings, perform layout surveys, plan daily tasks, and carry out concrete pouring work for foundations and structures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Interpret foundation drawings and perform layout surveys. 2. Plan daily tasks based on technical documentation. 3. Carry out concrete pouring work for foundations and structures. We seek a professional with experience as a tradesperson in the construction sector. The main responsibilities will include interpreting foundation drawings, performing necessary layout surveys, and planning daily tasks based on technical documentation. The candidate will also be responsible for filling trenches and pits with concrete up to their top level to facilitate the construction of walls and columns, as well as pouring concrete slabs for drainage systems, manholes, and inspection chambers. Completion of the 60-hour basic Occupational Health and Safety course is desirable. A valid Class B driving license is mandatory. This position offers an indefinite full-time employment contract, with remuneration aligned with the Metalworkers' Collective Agreement of the Principality of Asturias.
