If you are passionate about technical work, team management, and wish to join a company in constant growth and innovation, this is your opportunity.**Your Key Responsibilities** * Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance plans. * Use SAP to create, assign, and monitor work orders, ensuring all tasks are completed on time. * Coordinate and supervise technical teams and external contractors. * Ensure repairs and maintenance are performed according to quality and safety standards. * Analyze maintenance and equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement. * Implement continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving projects. * Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and environmental regulations. * Promote a safe and healthy working environment. * Generate performance and equipment status reports for management. * Identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising maintenance quality, such as supplier negotiations and implementation of predictive maintenance practices. **What You Need to Succeed** Academic Qualifications: * Industrial Technical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Electrotechnical and Automated Systems, or equivalent. Professional Experience: * Demonstrable work experience as a maintenance coordinator or technician, minimum 4 years. * Practical experience with industrial machinery and auxiliary equipment, such as printers, dryers, ovens, and loading machines. * Ability to resolve problems and provide clear instructions within the Lean Manufacturing operating system. * Office: SAP Maintenance Module (advanced), Excel (advanced), Power BI (basic), Project (advanced), PowerPoint (advanced). * Customer-oriented attitude. **What We Offer** A stable project within an industry-leading company. You will be responsible for coordinating the mechanics on your shift for daily corrective interventions at the factory, as well as for scheduled shutdowns carried out within the factory.
