Software Implementation Project Manager

**Description:** ---------------- EYSA Group is seeking to hire a Software Implementation Project Manager. The main responsibilities will be: Lead technical and functional client interaction throughout the entire implementation lifecycle. Possess in-depth knowledge of the group's mobility platform (parking, Low Emission Zones [ZBE], complaint management and cancellation apps, citizen web portal, reporting tools) to effectively respond to and advise the client. Identify and document gaps (GAPs) between client requirements and the standard solution. Elicit and document functional requirements, coordinating with the Software Delivery Director to draft functional analyses. Prepare effort and scope estimates for enhancements and new developments. Develop and maintain the implementation and new development schedule. Coordinate with the implementation technical team to ensure proper system rollout. Monitor project progress: milestones, risks, blockers, and periodic reporting to the client and management. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the client prior to production deployment. Manage change control and scope deviations relative to the original contract/project. Preparation of specifications/functional analyses and requirements documentation. Functional-level understanding of web and mobile application architectures (client-server, APIs, integrations) — development expertise is not required, but the ability to communicate effectively with the technical team is essential. Development and management of project schedules (Gantt charts, milestones, dependencies). Project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Redmine or similar). Preparation of progress reports and client/management reporting. Basic knowledge of relational databases (simple SQL queries for data/report validation).
