Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate all phases of construction projects, from inception to final handover. * Manage and lead on-site teams, ensuring high quality standards and timely delivery. * Ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of architectural drawings and technical specifications, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and other technical staff. * Monitor the project’s technical and financial progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues or deviations. * Comply with, and enforce compliance with, regulations concerning occupational health and safety, quality, and environmental protection. * Coordinate the procurement, monitoring, and evaluation of suppliers and subcontractors. * Maintain continuous communication with clients, providing regular updates on project progress. Requirements * University degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 5\-7 years’ experience as a Construction Site Manager on building and rehabilitation projects. * Solid knowledge of construction sector regulations and technical standards. * Leadership, organizational, and team management skills. * Proficiency in construction management software: AutoCAD, Excel. * Problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
