We are currently seeking to hire a **Technical Architect/Architectural Technician** for the province of **Valencia**. We seek a professional with experience in the renovation and construction sector, possessing strong technical orientation and the ability to comprehensively manage projects—ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and customer satisfaction. Requirements * Residence in **Valencia** or its metropolitan area, with availability to travel within the province. * Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in Spain on full and partial renovation projects. * Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and current regulations. * Ability to prepare technical documentation, measurements, and budgets. * Organizational and planning skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with clients, suppliers, and construction teams. * Proactivity and ability to resolve technical issues. Preferred Qualifications * Proficiency in AutoCAD and measurement/budgeting software. * Familiarity with Presto, Revit, and planning tools. * Experience coordinating trades and subcontractors. * Knowledge of the Valencian Community’s market and suppliers. Responsibilities * Preparation and supervision of budgets and measurements. * Development and review of technical documentation and drawings. * Planning and monitoring of assigned construction works. * Coordination with clients, suppliers, trades, and subcontractors. * Supervision of proper work execution and quality control. * Cost tracking and deadline compliance. * Resolution of technical issues arising during construction. * Conducting site visits and preparing progress reports. * Ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations. * Reporting project progress to company management.
