Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive student of Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration and Management (ADE) to support the Financial Department with invoice management, reconciliations, collections control, accounting analysis, and operational support. A dynamic, young, and collaborative work environment. #### **What will you do on a daily basis?** As support to the **Financial Department**, you will be a key piece in its operational workflow. Your responsibilities will include: * **Invoice Management:** Recording and accounting for invoices. * **Reconciliations:** Performing bank reconciliations. * **Collections and Bad Debt Control:** Reconciliation and tracking of collections, as well as management and follow-up of bad debts. * **Accounting Analysis:** Reviewing and monitoring accounting balances. * **Operational Support:** Administrative and operational support to the finance\-accounting department. #### **What will make you succeed at Wild Balance?** * **Education:** Currently studying Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration and Management (ADE). * **Knowledge and Tools:** Basic knowledge of accounting and intermediate proficiency in Excel. * **Organization and Attention to Detail:** Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail—essential qualities for this department. * **Attitude and Proactivity:** A proactive individual eager to learn.
