INSOTEL HOTEL GROUP is a renowned hotel chain in the Balearic Islands undergoing active expansion. Your primary responsibility within the company will be to carry out repairs, maintenance, and conservation of all facilities, infrastructure, and materials comprising the establishment, adhering to applicable regulations and established quality and efficiency standards, under the supervision of the Head of Technical Services. We currently have an opening at our Insotel Cala Mandia Resort & Spa hotel. Job Responsibilities · Inspect and maintain equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with current legal regulations. · Report meter readings and record consumption data. · Complete preventive maintenance logs. · Notify the central office’s technical department of faults detected in any equipment or facility. · Promptly and effectively resolve issues reported by guests. · Address faults identified and reported by other departments. · Conduct inventory and manage tools, equipment, materials, and spare parts. · Perform other routine departmental tasks. ### **Requirements** * Carry out repairs, maintenance, and conservation of all facilities, infrastructure, and materials comprising the establishment, complying with applicable regulations and established quality and efficiency standards. ### **Offered** * Vacant position under the supervision of the Head of Technical Services at Insotel Cala Mandia Resort & Spa. **HOSPITALITY CONNECTION BARCELONA SL** --------------------------------------- * Barcelona * Human Resources
