**Job Requirements** **Responsibilities** * Drafting and signing of preliminary designs, basic designs, and execution projects for electrical installations. * Site management. * Construction execution management. * Coordination of occupational health and safety. * Preparation of construction documentation, certifications, minutes, and measurements. * Supporting project monitoring. * Supporting project supervision, reporting, and studies. * Budgeting and construction project management. * Preparation of energy efficiency certificates. * Experience in electrical installation design calculations, low-voltage electrical reports (boletines), and industrial power supply activation procedures. * Energy and sustainability certifications. * Specification and advisory services for thermal envelope design in buildings. * Experience in maintenance and design of interior and exterior lighting installations. * Proficiency in CYPE, ARQUIMEDES, AUTOCAD, and REVIT. **Work Experience** **Minimum and Mandatory Requirements** **Qualifications** * Degree in Technical Industrial Engineering with Electrical Specialization, or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Professional qualification as Technical Industrial Engineer, published in Official State Gazette BOE A\-2009\-2893\). **Minimum required: Meces 2** **Experience** * Experience in technical support roles within Electrical Technical Industrial Engineering (including drafting and signing of projects, site management and construction execution, coordination of occupational health and safety, technical supervision and project monitoring, design, calculation, and maintenance of electrical and lighting installations, budget preparation, certifications and technical documentation, as well as energy and sustainability certifications, etc.). **Minimum required: 8 years** **Training** * Specific training in Work Methodology and BIM Modeling for Construction. **Minimum required: 100 contact hours** **Desirable/Additional Requirements** * Experience in technical support roles within Electrical Technical Industrial Engineering (including drafting and signing of projects, site management and construction execution, coordination of occupational health and safety, technical supervision and project monitoring, design, calculation, and maintenance of electrical and lighting installations, budget preparation, certifications and technical documentation, as well as energy and sustainability certifications, etc.). **Desirable: 18 years** * Experience in execution projects, performing duties as an Electrical Industrial Engineer for projects governed by Public Sector Contracts Act No. 9/2017. **Desirable: 4 projects** * Training in work methodology and BIM modeling for construction execution projects. **Desirable: 350 hours**
