Our main objective is to provide comfortable, transparent, and hassle-free mobility solutions, supported by a large and regularly renewed fleet. **Your mission: create an outstanding experience for every customer** You will be the company’s first point of contact and play a key role in ensuring each customer enjoys a fast, professional, and friendly service. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Advising customers to select the vehicle and services best suited to their needs. * Managing **reservations, contracts, vehicle deliveries, and returns**. * Conducting **damage and incident inspections** professionally. * Guaranteeing an **excellent rental experience**, from arrival through to vehicle return. * Contributing to a positive team atmosphere and the efficient operation of the office. **What we’re looking for in you** * Experience in **rent-a-car, tourism, customer service, or administrative/commercial roles**. * **Advanced level of English** (a third language is highly valued). * **Valid Class B driver’s license**. * Availability to work **rotating shifts**. * A **proactive, organized, and customer-focused individual**.
