We are seeking personnel for cutting, packaging, and labeling the final product in the rabbit meat production area of a meat industry company located in Celanova. Responsibilities also include cleaning and disinfecting tools and the work area, in compliance with food hygiene and safety standards. Work is performed in a refrigerated environment, with early-morning shifts from 6:00 to 15:25, adjustable according to production needs. The salary is €1,699.29 gross per month (€20,391.50 gross per year). A stable contract is offered, with opportunities for professional development within the production department. Responsibility, ability to work in teams and under pressure, as well as employment stability, are highly valued. Immediate availability and ease of commuting to the Celanova industrial park are required, as there is no public transportation available during these hours. Prior experience in slaughterhouses or meat processing industries is preferred but not mandatory, as training in food safety and equipment handling will be provided. Shifts may include occasional Saturdays, with corresponding financial compensation. Owning a personal vehicle or having reliable means of transport to the workplace in Celanova is mandatory. Availability to work early-morning shifts (06:00\-15:25\) is required. Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in production environments are essential. Prior experience in the food industry or meat handling is desirable. No minimum educational qualifications are required; however, training in food safety is valued. Basic knowledge as a slaughterhouse operator is required.
