**Job Description** At ABANTE Gestión Técnica, we are seeking a **Project Technician** to join our Technical Department, reinforcing the capacity for development and coordination of industrialized and modular construction projects. The selected candidate will work closely with the Technical Office Manager, production, and procurement teams, participating in all phases: study, design, manufacturing, and assembly. **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation of measurements, budgets, and technical comparisons. * Review of drawings, documentation, and quality control. * Coordination with suppliers and follow-up on manufacturing processes. * Support for project planning and control. **Requirements** * Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or similar. * Minimum of **3 years'** experience in technical offices, execution, or coordination of construction projects. * Proficiency with budgeting software (Presto, Cost\-It, etc.) and knowledge of BIM. * Knowledge of technical regulations and construction processes. **Valued Competencies** * Organizational skills, cross-functional communication, and teamwork. * Results-oriented and technical responsibility. **Conditions** * Immediate incorporation. * Indefinite full-time contract. * Based in **Seville**, with frequent coordination with factory and site operations.
