We are looking for a **Procurement Manager** with strategic vision and proven experience in service and technology management. The selected candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing the global procurement strategy, ensuring cost optimization, service quality, and alignment with corporate objectives. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Design the global procurement strategy focused on services (outsourcing, contact center, technology, facilities, HR, security, training, travel, etc.). * Develop the annual procurement plan and budgets, setting savings and efficiency targets. * Identify, qualify, and manage specialized suppliers in BPO services, contact centers, software, hardware, maintenance, cleaning, insurance, etc. * Coordinate tendering, negotiation, and contracting processes, ensuring transparency and fairness. * Continuously evaluate supplier performance through KPIs, audits, and satisfaction surveys. * Implement e-procurement solutions, automation, and document control systems. * Lead and develop the procurement and supply team, setting objectives, responsibilities, and improvement plans. **We Offer:** * Join a solid and growing company. * Permanent contract. * Full-time schedule from Monday to Thursday, 9:00 to 18:30, and Friday until 15:00. * Salary according to experience/knowledge. * Opportunities for professional development in a leading company in its sector. **Equality and diversity are essential factors for social progress.
