Efficiency, flexibility, continuous improvement, and rigor define us. \#memorableexperiences Through PACTO Temporary Work Agency, we are selecting personnel for a strategic reinforcement as Production Operator at a company specializing in the design and manufacturing of composite material components (composites), located in Zuera (Zaragoza). Your main responsibilities: \- Handling and laminating composite materials (glass fiber, carbon fiber, resins). \- Using hand tools for cutting, fitting, and finishing parts. \- Performing visual quality control and verifying production standards. \- Preparing molds and supporting curing or infusion processes. We offer: \- Integration into our benchmark team for this and other workplaces, with potential successive assignments to meet production peaks, enabling you to build a solid career path with us. \- €11.65 gross/hour (approximately €20,500 gross/year for full-time work). \- Rotating shifts Monday to Friday: 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00. \- Joining a technologically advanced company operating in a dynamic environment. ### **Requirements** \- Motivation and manual dexterity to work with precision and attention to detail on technical components. \- Residence: Preferably in Zuera or nearby municipalities (Zaragoza). \- Prior experience in industrial environments or workshops (assembly, carpentry, automotive, or similar) will be highly valued. \- Immediate availability and enthusiasm to join a benchmark project in the region.
