




Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for concierge and access control duties, including visitor reception, access management, and supervision patrols. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform key concierge and access control functions 2. Handle in-person and telephone reception of visitors 3. Manage site access control and supervision patrols Personnel are needed to perform concierge and access control functions in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, in the city center area. Training in areas such as access control, concierge services, or administrative assistance, as well as prior experience in similar positions, will be valued. Basic user-level computer skills are essential, including proficiency with tools such as the Microsoft Office suite and Outlook. Full-time availability is required to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), including weekends, with legally mandated rest periods. Tasks include in-person and telephone reception of visitors, switchboard operation, email management, site access control, door and barrier opening/closing, and conducting supervision patrols. Responsibilities also include managing access cards using dedicated software and key management. Incidents must be communicated and reported to the supervisor. The contract is temporary, covering a substitution, with potential for continuation, offering a part-time schedule of 35 hours per week. The gross monthly salary is €1,076 paid in 14 installments, plus supplements for night or holiday hours according to assigned shifts.
