You will have the opportunity to participate in strategic projects, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to developing high-impact solutions. **What will be your mission?** As part of the team, you will be responsible for: * Designing and building scalable solutions using best practices. * Managing release deployments, overseeing software to ensure compliance with required quality standards. * Ensuring adherence to best practices and ability to review developments carried out by other team members. * Ability to write technical documentation for implemented developments. * Collaborating on task assignment and tracking the evolution of the incident and/or project backlog. * Developing specific test plans to guarantee proper functionality of new features. * Identifying GAPS and proactively resolving issues. REQUIREMENTS We seek a candidate with solid Salesforce experience, a quality-oriented mindset, and the ability to lead the development of high-impact technical solutions. **To fit this role, we would like you to have:** * More than **5 years of experience** in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components \- LWC). * Extensive knowledge of **Sales Cloud** and the Salesforce ecosystem (Flows, Profiles, Record Types, Sharing Settings, among others). * Experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing technical solutions. * Solid knowledge of developing, integrating, and maintaining **REST** and **SOAP** services. * Ability to efficiently analyze and resolve technical incidents. * Experience leading development efforts and providing technical guidance to other team members. * Proficiency with **Visual Studio Code** and **Git** for development, version control, and application deployment. **We will especially value if you also have:** * Experience with **Agentforce** and **Experience Cloud** (Communities). * Official certifications such as **Salesforce Platform Developer I**, **Salesforce Platform Developer II**, or **Salesforce JavaScript Developer I**. **What do we offer?** * Indefinite contract * Full-time schedule: Mon\-Thu 9:00\-18:30 and Fri 9:00\-15:00 * Career development plan and professional growth opportunities * **Hybrid** work model (Seville) * Flexible compensation * Continuous training and access to development programs * 23 working days of vacation If you enjoy developing solutions on Salesforce, are motivated by technological challenges, and want to join a team where your work makes a real impact, **we want to meet you!**
