




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative back-office manager to handle incidents, process procedures, and contact customers for data and documentation verification. Key Points: 1. Organizational skills and commitment to results We are looking for a candidate for an administrative management position in the back-office area in Seville, with remote work modality. Main responsibilities will include incident management and resolution to reprocess requests. This will involve performing procedures, conducting inquiries, and making telephone contact with customers to request and verify data, as well as requesting documentation. Calls will primarily be outbound. A Medium-Level Vocational Training Certificate is required, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel. Prior experience in back-office administrative roles is mandatory. Experience in energy contract processes, knowledge of Cosmos or Salesforce, ability to manage complex processes, organizational capacity, experience in telephone customer service and written communication, as well as a productive approach and commitment to results, will be valued. This position is 100% remote, with a possible one-week in-person training session in Seville. The contract is temporary for 3 months, with potential conversion to permanent staff. Working hours are full-time, 40 hours per week, on a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday between 14:00 and 22:00, or between 12:00 and 20:00, including holidays. Two days of weekly rest will be granted. The gross annual salary is €17\.567.
