Job Summary: We are seeking a nursing professional to provide personalized care for elderly people, promoting their autonomy and well-being, including palliative care. Key Responsibilities: 1. Palliative care and bereavement support We are seeking a nursing professional to care for elderly people in Franco (Asturias). Main responsibilities include providing personalized care by assessing the specific needs of each individual. Geriatric syndromes, frailty, and dependency will be addressed, always promoting autonomy and well-being. Palliative care and support during bereavement processes will also be provided. Additionally, supervision and coordination of work teams, management of material and human resources, and ensuring continuity of care across different services are required. The contract is temporary and full-time, with working hours from 8:00 to 15:00. The annual gross salary is 22\.859 euros.
