(M/F/D) **What Will You Do?** * Comprehensive personnel administration management, including contracts, renewals, dismissals, and final settlements. * Management of digitalized working time records. * Processing of registrations, deregistrations, and modifications with Social Security. * Full payroll management, ensuring accurate calculation and payment processing. * Submission of AFI, FDI, FIER, CRA, and SLD files via SILTRA. * Management of contracts and certifications. * Interpretation and application of collective bargaining agreements to ensure compliance with labor regulations. * Resolving inquiries and providing labor-related advisory support to internal colleagues. ### **Profile:** **What Do We Require From You?** Education in Labor Relations, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or related fields. Minimum 3 years’ experience as an HR Technician or Payroll Specialist. Knowledge of English/German is desirable. High level of commitment and ability to work effectively in a team.
