If you are passionate about **electricity** and have experience in project **supervision**, this is your opportunity! We are currently in the full construction phase of a substation and a wind farm, and we need someone eager to take on the world. We are looking for a top performer with at least 2 years of prior experience in the wind energy sector and substations. We want someone who knows their craft and brings passion to it! Your primary mission will be to ensure that all electrical infrastructure of the wind farm and substation is installed flawlessly. You will supervise the team, ensure adherence to deadlines, and—above all—guarantee that everything is executed with maximum safety and quality. We do not want any unpleasant surprises! **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Oversee the entire construction process of the substation. * Lead and motivate our team of installers and technicians. * Coordinate with other departments and suppliers to ensure smooth operations. * Guarantee compliance with all applicable regulations and quality standards. * Resolve any issues that arise—because we know unexpected events always occur on site! * Report progress and outcomes of assigned tasks. * Remain calm under pressure and make quick, effective decisions. * Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. **What do we require?** * At least 2 years of experience in similar positions—this is essential! * Solid knowledge of electrical engineering, especially regarding substations. * Experience supervising work teams. * Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics. * Strong communication and leadership skills. * Flexibility and adaptability to varying situations.
