This is a continuous learning role during which the candidate may manage the commercial operations of a specific product category or group of suppliers, always under the supervision of the Purchasing Manager. Additionally, the candidate will handle all administrative and commercial management tasks related to assigned product categories or suppliers. **Responsibilities:** * Goods Procurement: supplier order management, procurement based on turnover, incident handling, monitoring of product turnover rates, and tracking of stockouts. * Administrative \- Commercial Management * Supplier Negotiation: setting margin and sales targets with suppliers, negotiation, launching commercial activities, communication with stores... **COMPETENCIES:** Corporate Identity.
