




We are looking for a person for a receptionist position at a company dedicated to the rental and sale of industrial vehicles in Alcalá de Guadaira. The responsibilities of the position include customer service, both in person and via phone and email, providing detailed information about rental services. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing vehicle reservations, deliveries, and returns, ensuring that processes are properly followed and customers remain satisfied. They will also handle the receipt, verification, and filing of all documentation related to rental contracts and operations. Additionally, collaboration with commercial, logistics, and workshop departments is expected to optimize overall operations. The role also involves handling, recording, and addressing incidents, complaints, and suggestions, always seeking efficient solutions. Administrative tasks such as invoicing and schedule management will be required, as well as maintaining order and a professional appearance in the reception area. * Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administrative duties, preferably in rental, transportation, logistics, or service companies. * We are looking for a responsible and dynamic individual. * Proficient in office software tools (Office Suite, email, internal management systems). * Own vehicle required to commute to the workplace. \- High school diploma, Vocational Training in Administration, Commerce, or similar.
