




Job Summary: We are seeking a Compensation (Payroll) Assistant to ensure compliance with payroll processes and contribute to the operational management of the department with a focus on continuous improvement. We are looking for a Compensation (Payroll) Assistant responsible for ensuring compliance with payroll processes and contributing to the operational management of the department, grounded in professional expertise that enables improved information analysis and delivers continuous process improvement. Education: Technical or Technological degree in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields; or currently enrolled in final semesters. Knowledge: Payroll calculation, processing, and management of overtime and supplementary hours; calculation of surcharges and schedule variations. Labor legislation (social benefits, overtime, surcharges, social security, among others). Proficiency in office productivity tools. Payroll generation. Regulations governing the social security payment system. Affiliation with EPS (Health Promotion Entities), ARL (Occupational Risk Administrators), and Pension Funds. Experience with SIESA Payroll Web or Hehinson payroll systems. Experience: Minimum 2 years in the position. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract with extra-legal benefits. Location: Medellín.
