We are looking for a Maintenance Technician with experience in industrial environments, technical team management, and collaboration with Quality and Production. Your mission will be to ensure the proper functioning of machinery, lead preventive maintenance, and promote continuous improvement. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and installations. * Manage technical incidents, breakdowns, and downtimes, ensuring minimal impact on production. * Participate in continuous improvement projects and implementation of new lines or equipment. * Control budgets, spare parts purchases, and supplier relationships. * Collaborate with Quality and Production teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry quality standards. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical Engineering degree, Higher Vocational Training, or equivalent (mechanical, electrical, or industrial). * Minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance. * Knowledge of quality systems, safety, and industrial regulations. **WE OFFER** * Stable position in a growing company. * Permanent contract with an initial adaptation period. * Full-time schedule with intensive shifts or rotating shifts, depending on plant needs. * Competitive salary based on experience and professional value.
