Autonomous work and incident resolution in international environments. **Description:** ---------------- At Grupo NS, we are looking for **a Network Technician** with at least **2 years of experience in corporate environments**, focused on **network infrastructure management, configuration, and support**. The selected candidate must be capable of working autonomously, resolving incidents, and communicating with clients in **international environments.** **Main Responsibilities** * **Configuration, administration, and maintenance of corporate networks.** * Management and support of **FortiGate firewalls.** * Configuration and administration of **Aruba switches.** * (Desirable) **Network access and control management** using **Aruba ClearPass.** * **Network monitoring and incident resolution** (Level 1 and 2\). * **Technical support to customers**, including communication in English. * Preparation of **technical documentation and incident reports.** **Location** * Madrid (capital) * Hybrid mode (2 days onsite) **If you are passionate about networking and want to advance your career in an international and dynamic environment, now is your moment. Take the next step with us!** **Requirements:** --------------- **Requirements** Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. **Solid knowledge of:** * **TCP/IP networking, VLANs, routing, and switching.** * **FortiGate** (policy configuration, VPNs, security). * **Aruba switching.** * (Desirable) **Aruba ClearPass** (access management, NAC). * **Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency** (ability to hold technical conversations). * Strong **problem-solving skills and teamwork ability.** **Preferred Qualifications** * **CCNA certification or equivalent.** * Experience in **cybersecurity environments.** * Knowledge of **enterprise Wi-Fi** and wireless networks. * Experience with **network monitoring tools.** * Availability for **immediate start.**
