We are seeking a **Concierge \- Bellhop** for our exclusive 5-star agrotourism property in **Menorca**. You will be among the first to welcome our guests, contributing to an unforgettable experience from the moment of their arrival. **Main Responsibilities** * Guest reception and welcoming. * Transporting luggage to and from guest rooms. * Transferring guests within the premises and supporting transportation services when necessary. * Parking and vehicle handover for guests, as applicable. * Providing information and orientation regarding hotel facilities and available services. * Coordinating with the Front Office department to ensure an excellent guest experience. * Assisting with minor guest requests and needs. * Maintaining order, appearance, and good condition of hotel entrance areas. **Requirements:** --------------- * Valid driving license (Category B). * Prior experience in hotels or customer service (valued). * Advanced level of English; additional languages are an asset. * Excellent customer orientation and communication skills. * Professional appearance, courtesy, and discretion. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Flexible availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
