INSOTEL HOTEL GROUP is a renowned hotel chain in the Balearic Islands undergoing rapid expansion. Your primary role within the company will be to carry out repairs, maintenance, and conservation of all facilities, infrastructure, and materials comprising the property, in compliance with applicable regulations and established quality and efficiency standards, under the supervision of the Head of Technical Services. We currently have an opening at our Insotel Punta Prima Resort \& Spa hotel. Your main responsibilities will be: * Inspecting and maintaining the condition of equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with current legal regulations. * Reporting meter readings and recording consumption data. * Completing preventive maintenance logs. * Reporting equipment or facility failures detected to the Technical Department at headquarters. * Promptly and effectively resolving issues reported by guests. * Resolving failures detected and reported by other departments. * Conducting inventory and control of tools, equipment, materials, and spare parts. * Performing other routine departmental tasks. * Education: Specialized training as a plumber, electrician, carpenter, etc. * Experience: AT LEAST 2 YEARS performing duties as 2nd Maintenance Manager or 5 YEARS as a Maintenance Technician. * Basic English proficiency (A1\) is desirable; additional languages (e.g., German, Italian…) are considered a plus.
