




INSOTEL HOTEL GROUP is a well-known hotel chain in the Balearic Islands currently undergoing significant growth. Your main function within the company will be responsible for cleaning and preparing linens from various areas of the hotel. This vacancy is for our hotel Insotel Punta Prima Resort \& Spa. **Position Objective:** Efficiently, safely, and punctually transport clean and dirty laundry between different points of the hotel (rooms, public areas, restaurants, spa, etc.) and the internal laundry facility, ensuring compliance with the hotel's established quality, hygiene, and service standards. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Collect and deliver dirty and clean linen (sheets, towels, tablecloths, uniforms, etc.) to various areas of the hotel according to established schedules. * Carefully load and unload laundry carts to prevent damage or cross-contamination. * Follow optimized internal routes to meet timing and operational efficiency requirements. * Verify that transported laundry is properly classified and complies with established protocols. * Coordinate with staff from each area (housekeeping, restaurant, spa, etc.) to ensure accurate and complete deliveries. * Keep transportation carts and routes clean, safe, and free of obstructions. * Report to the supervisor any incidents related to delivery times, damaged laundry, irregular quantities, or maintenance needs for transport equipment. * Assist the laundry team with complementary tasks when necessary (sorting, counting, folding, etc.). * Comply with the hotel’s personal hygiene, safety, and appearance guidelines. * Education: Higher degree in hospitality (preferably) * **Experience:** + 1 year in similar roles in hotels, hospitals, or internal logistics operations. + Experience handling industrial carts or electric internal transport vehicles is desirable. * **Knowledge and skills:** + Basic knowledge of laundry processes and clothing classification. + Good physical condition and endurance for continuous movement during work. + Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented. + Good interpersonal skills with staff from different departments. + Ability to follow established routes and routines.
