As a Building Site Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and managing construction projects in the region. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise all stages of construction projects, from initiation to completion. * Manage and lead on-site workers, ensuring adherence to deadlines and work quality standards. * Collaborate with design and architecture teams to guarantee accurate interpretation of drawings and technical specifications. * Conduct continuous monitoring of construction progress, identifying and resolving any issues or deviations arising during the process. * Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality, and environmental regulations. * Coordinate the procurement and management of suppliers and subcontractors. * Maintain smooth communication with clients, providing regular updates on project status. Requirements * University degree in Technical Architecture or a related field. * Minimum 5 years’ demonstrable experience in managing new construction and renovation projects. * Solid knowledge of construction codes and regulations. * Leadership skills and ability to manage work teams. * Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Attention to detail and ability to efficiently resolve problems. * Proficiency in project management tools and software. * Proficiency in Presto, M4Pro. * Familiarity with the island of Menorca.
