DESCRIPTION **Are you motivated to join a leading company where your technical expertise has a real impact on production?** Grup Montaner is seeking a **Mold Changer** to join a major industrial multinational located in **Zaragoza**, offering a stable, innovative environment with opportunities for professional growth. **Job Mission** Carry out production changeovers, ensuring correct mold disassembly and assembly, as well as machine start-up until the first conforming part is obtained. **Main Responsibilities** * Assemble and disassemble molds on production machinery * Prepare and verify equipment prior to assembly * Start up and adjust machinery until correct parts are produced * Identify issues and propose technical solutions * Suggest improvements to production processes **Requirements** * Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification * Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial environment * Knowledge of mechanical tools and machinery adjustment * Forklift license is desirable * Proactive, solution-oriented profile focused on continuous improvement **What We Offer** * Opportunity to join an established company within its sector * Location: Zaragoza * Competitive salary between **€30.000 and €35.000 gross per year**, depending on experience and qualifications. * Working hours: Weekly rotating shifts Monday to Friday: 06:00 – 14:00 14:00 – 22:00 22:00 – 06:00 * Job stability and professional development
