Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** Acciona, within its construction business line, requires the incorporation of a Technical Office Technician for an important Data Centers construction project in the province of Zaragoza. **Job Description** Mission: Collaborate and provide support in projects carried out by your unit/department, in accordance with your supervisor’s instructions, performing assigned tasks and learning the fundamental techniques of your area of activity. Responsibilities: As a member of the project’s Technical Office, you will be responsible for defining technical solutions for the project, preparing the appropriate documentation, and analyzing the feasibility of such solutions. You are responsible for executing work contracts. You plan, optimize, and supervise resource utilization to ensure construction projects are completed on time, according to specifications and budgeted costs. Your most common responsibilities include: managing contracts and obtaining necessary permits and licenses; preparing budget estimates; planning and defining construction phases; supervising subcontractors’ and subordinate staff or workers’ tasks; verifying progress achieved and work quality at all project stages; representing the company in relevant matters; etc. **Candidate Requirements** Requirements: * Civil or Building Engineer; Senior Architect or Quantity Surveyor. * Minimum four years’ experience in similar positions on building projects. * Geographic mobility. *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore strive to foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment—ensuring everyone can participate on equal terms.
