Part-time position with flexible working hours We are looking for an administrative assistant to provide support in a management office in Zaragoza. Main responsibilities will include communicating with the Spanish Public Employment Service (SEPE), managing employment contracts, scanning documents, processing personnel movements in the Sistema Red (Red System) and Delta medical certificates. The SAGE management software will also be used for payroll, social security, and tax-related matters. A minimum qualification of a Medium-Level Vocational Training Diploma in Administration is required, along with at least six months of experience in a labor department, either within a company or a management office. Prior experience with SAGE or similar management software is essential. This position offers a temporary contract to cover a temporary incapacity leave, with potential conversion to an indefinite contract. The working schedule is part-time (20 hours per week), with flexible morning hours from 9:00 to 13:00. Salary conditions will comply with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
