Ensure compliance with production schedules and quality standards **Job Description:** At Kendu Retail, a leader in visual communication solutions for the retail sector, we are seeking a Plant Manager to oversee daily operations at our manufacturing plant in Viana, Navarra. This key role will be responsible for coordinating work teams and ensuring achievement of production, quality, and efficiency targets, reporting directly to the Manufacturing Director. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise daily manufacturing plant operations. * Manage production teams, ensuring appropriate resource allocation and fostering a collaborative working environment. * Ensure compliance with established production schedules, deadlines, and quality standards. * Implement and monitor continuous improvement practices, applying methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma. * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and facilities in collaboration with the maintenance team. * Guarantee compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and collaborate on report preparation for the Manufacturing Director. * Support the implementation of innovations and new technologies in production processes. * Identify process improvement opportunities and propose viable solutions. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a management role within production environments. * Solid knowledge of production process management and continuous improvement. * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams. * Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills. * Knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable in Spain. * ERP systems and production management tools proficiency is desirable.
