We are looking for a **Frontend Architect specialized in Angular**, with solid experience in designing scalable architectures, optimizing performance, and providing technical leadership. We seek a strategic profile with product vision and the ability to define organizational-level technical standards. Key Responsibilities Leadership in Architecture and Scalability* Define and govern the platform's Frontend architecture. * Design scalable, maintainable, and performance-oriented solutions. * Select and evaluate frameworks (with special focus on **Angular**) and define strategies such as micro\-frontends. * Apply advanced design patterns and engineering best practices. Deep Expertise in Performance* Optimize user experience regarding **Core Web Vitals**. * In-depth knowledge of the browser rendering lifecycle. * Implement advanced strategies: * Bundle optimization * Lazy loading * Advanced caching * SSR / SSG * Continuous performance improvement and load time reduction. Technical Mentorship and Leadership* Provide technical leadership to development teams. * Establish quality standards: * Linting * Testing (unit and integration) * Accessibility * Style guides * Promote adoption of best practices and a culture of technical excellence. Product Strategy and Business Vision* Translate business objectives into technical decisions. * Evaluate technological opportunity cost. * Align architecture with the product roadmap. * Collaborate closely with DevOps and CI/CD teams. Technical Requirements* \+5 years of Frontend development experience. * Solid experience with **Angular (advanced architecture)**. * Knowledge of: * Micro\-frontends * SSR / SSG * Performance optimization * CI/CD * Testing frameworks * Experience leading technical teams. * English level B2 (minimum).
