We are looking for an N2 Support Technician with over 4 years of experience. Responsibilities: \- Resolution of advanced-level IBM Maximo support incidents, ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs. \- Advanced platform configuration according to business needs. \- Development and maintenance of scripts (automation scripting) and application design using Application Designer. \- Design, implementation, and maintenance of REST integrations with external systems. \- Configuration and maintenance of workflows. \- Development and customization of reports using BIRT reporting. \- Functional and technical support for Inventory, Purchasing, and Contracts modules, as well as Control Desk. \- Documentation of solutions, changes, and best practices, and mentoring of junior team members. Requirements: \- Proven experience with IBM Maximo v7\.6 or MAS9 (Maximo Application Suite 9\). \- Scripting (automation scripting) and application design (Application Design / Application Designer). \- Development of REST integrations. \- Workflow configuration. \- Advanced Maximo configuration. \- Report development using BIRT reporting. \- Functional knowledge of Inventory, Purchasing, and Contracts modules. \- Functional knowledge of Control Desk. Language: English level B2 Location: Madrid, city center Office attendance: 100% on-site Working hours / Intensive schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. We’re great — but with you, we’ll be even better!
